Galaxy-class Members

Simply log into your FSGenesis Store account and click "GalaxyXpress." The latest versions of all FSGenesis in-house products are always found here, including new products. There is no longer any need to place an order for new product downloads. Simply log in, click "GalaxyXpress" and download. If you wish to order a CD, click the "CD-ROM" link under GalaxyXpress to place a CD order.

Initial Purchase

FSGenesis has recently (late July 2003) gone to a download model. All products are now available for immediate download following your purchase.

New Download System

On February 20, 2004, we intiated a new download system which is more intuitive, placing the download link in the both the order confirmation screen in the store and the emailed order confirmation. Simply click the link and when prompted enter your FSGenesis Store username and password (please do not confuse this with your SITE username and password--they are two separate things). All orders subsequent to that date may be accessed through the link in your confirmation email. Historical orders are not yet incorporated into the new download system. For this reason the old download system and the new will run concurrently until the historical orders can be integrated into the new system. As well, if for some reason the new download system isn't working for you, please use the old download system.

Old Download System

Downloadable products can also be obtained by logging into your store account and clicking "Product Downloads." You will then see a link to the downloadable product(s) you have purchased. Click the link and you will be taken to that product's download page.

For security reasons, the "referer" information must be passed between your browser and the server for authentication. Any firewalls must be configured to allow this "referer" information to be passed to the server in order to download using the old download system.

Subsequent Downloads

To re-download or obtain an update for a product you have purchased, please do not reorder. Simply log into your store account and download again using the above procedure. If you have purchased since the new download system went into effect you may use the link you recieved in your emailed invoice. For this reason it is a good idea to save your emailed invoice in a safe place for future reference. Alternatively, you may create a shortcut directly to your personal download folder.
