Our online store uses cookies to identify you and your movement through our store. A cookie is a small file stored on your computer, which expires by a certain date. --Pull down the Tools menu and choose Internet Options
--Choose the Privacy tab and click Edit
--In the "Address of web site" box type "fsgenesis.com" (without quotes)
--Click the "Allow" button
--Click OK
This will overrride your default settings to allow cookies only when visting fsgenesis.com. Note these instructions pertain to Internet Explorer 5 and above, but other browsers have similar procedures.
When you shop our online store, a SESSION ID tracks movements and your IP address is stored for authentication and verification reasons only. This is standard in all shopping cart programs. Your credit card information is stored securely via GeoTrust SSL, in a different location than your contact information, and is removed from the server when transactions are complete.
How we use your information
FSGenesis will not sell, reveal, or otherwise publicly or privately disseminate any information entered in any forms on this web site, including but not limited to the Online Store, the Secure Distribution Center, or freeware download forms, without a duly served subpoena from a legitimate court of law.
The exception to this policy is in the case of credit card fraud. Any information obtained on this web site pertaining to a fraudulent transaction will be submitted to law enforcement agencies for prosecution of the perpetrator to the maximum extent of the law.
Otherwise, any information obtained will remain internal to FSGenesis when lawfully submitted, and be used only for the purpose of transaction processing or demographic analysis.
FSGenesis conducts our transactions using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Upon checkout, you will notice the "secure" padlock icon on your browser's status bar. As well, you will notice the URL will begin with "https://" ensuring your information cannot be intercepted by any third parties. Further, FSGenesis does not store credit card information after order processing is complete.
FSGenesis also subscribes to the GeoTrust Site Authentication system. Clicking the Geotrust image to the left will confirm our web site's identity.
