FSGenesis has moved almost exclusively to download-only distribution due to the near-ubiquity of broadband connections.
Downloading
Upon completion of your order, please log in and click My Downloads, then the applicable sub-category. Downloads do not expire, so at any time in the future you may return to My Downlaods and download your product(s).
Order Status & History
You may check your order status and history by clicking that link on the left frame. Please be aware that order status is updated manually as time permits and is not necessarily up-to-the-minute. All orders are initially "pending" and this status does not necessarily mean your product is not ready to download. It only means we have not yet manually updated the status. The store software will automatically update your account with the download(s) you have purchased and they should be immediately found under My Downloads. Occasionaly (rarely) the store may experience a "hiccup" so if your expected download(s) are not found under My Downloads, contact us and we will rectify the situatioin as soon as possible.
Future
FSGenesis expects to offer thumb drive distribution in the near future as soon as those details are worked out. Stay tuned for an announcement when that feature is implemented.
